Fruity summer cocktail

Prep: 5 mins
Serves: 1

– Put four raspberries in a mortar and crush with a pestle.

– Scoop the crushed raspberries into a champagne flute.

– Top with 25ml raspberry liqueur (such as Chambord).

– Top with chilled Pure Elderflower Sparkling Wine.
